On the Farmers website you can do things yourself like:

• Report a claim
• Make policy changes
• And contact us if you feel you need additional help!
3. Insurance Claims Tips
You need to get your property fixed or paid as soon as possible. This is the reason your hard-earned money pays for insurance. Always report claims ASAP to us or directly to corporate! Here is a quick guide we put together to make your insurance claim process fast, easy, and simple!
Remember taking photos of everything can help you in a difficult claim!
After A Vehicle/motorcycle Accident:
Gather this info:
- Drivers info (drivers license, name, phone number,)
- Other vehicle involved license plate
- Insurance info/ Insurance ID card Should have this info on it
- Named insured, Vehicle year, make, model, Registered Owner, Policy number, effective and expiration date of the policy, the agent name, address, and phone number
- Location of accident
- Time of day and weather
- Pictures of damages to your vehicle and any other vehicle/object involved
- Contact info for any witness (witnesses are people not involved in the accident)
- Remember to never openly admit fault and let claims adjusters settle accidents.
